What to expect when working with me – step by step
You’ve probably guessed by now that I am super-organised. So, you won’t be surprised to learn that I’ve got a process in place to make sure all my projects run smoothly. Here’s how I work:
Productivity and Professional Organising
1. Phone Call to Discuss Concerns
A phone call to get to discuss your concerns I enjoy speaking to each prospective client over the phone, and listen to the reasons what made them call me. It is also a great way to find out what my style is like. At this stage, if you’d like me to help you, we book your Initial Consultation.
2. Initial Consultation & Questionnaire
I come and meet you and assess in person the situation you want my help. My visit takes between 1.5 and 2 hours. We review and talk about your answers to the questionnaires I use to get more information about you, your priorities and the challenges you’re facing. Please ensure that you can concentrate during this session. We must have no distractions.
I charge £199 for the Initial Consultation after which you will receive your Action Plan.
3. Action Plan
3 days after our meeting, I will send you your Action Plan. This will feature your project priorities, the steps required to get the job done and any deadlines you need to hit. At this stage you can decide if you want to carry out the Action Plan yourself, or if you would like my help.
4. Prices
Each project is priced individually according to size of your project, involvement required and materials.
5. Contract
Once you’ve signed off the Action Plan, I ask you to sign a contract. We then start with Hands on Organising.
6. Hands On Organising
This consists of several elements:
Assessment of every item in the area (me)
Removal (we do this together)
Categorise (me)
Contain, Store and Label (yes, you guessed it, me!)
7. Project Close
Imagine how you will feel as our project comes to an end? So you don’t forget how far you’ve come, and what you’ve achieved, you will receive pictures of before and after.
8. Maintenance Plan
Much like a diet, the most important thing about your Action Plan is maintenance. At the end of us working together, you will receive a plan telling you how to keep up your good work and avoid things getting out of hand again. This plan is written just for you, and is based on your lifestyle, organisation style and organisation goals.
9. Follow up
As an exemplary project manager, I love getting feedback from my clients. I want to know what I did well, and what you think I could improve.
You can see some of my feedback here.

Well-being Coaching
1. Phone Call to Discuss Eligibility
A phone call to get to discuss eligibility for a Breakthrough Session. Coaching is very personal, both, you and I need to make sure we are a good fit for each other. Once we have had a short chat, and established you want to explore my coaching, I’ll send you a link to my calendar to book a Breakthrough Session.
2. Questionnaire
The link to my live calendar and booking system has a couple of important questions attached to it. These are a pre-requisite when booking a Breakthrough Session, don’t worry, they are short and sweet and will help me prepare for our session, which only means you will get the most out of our time together.
3. Breakthrough Session
Either an in-person meeting in Central London or a Zoom Video Call is agreed upon for our 60 min Breakthrough Session. Come with an open mind, surprisingly this 1st session is quite an eye-opener. You will discover some powerful things about you and with that a tangible action you can implement straight away.
4. Commitment
At the end of the Breakthrough Session you decide if you are ready to commit to the change you’ve been craving, alternatively if you need a couple of days to think about how working with me fits into your life, I will give you the time and space you need to decide and will check in with you within 48 hours after our Breakthrough Session has taken place.
5. Payment & Contract
Once you have confirmed your commitment to work with me, I’ll send you my bank details for payment (either a one-off, two payments or three payments) and a contract to seal the deal. The contract outlines your and my responsibilities as a coach and coachee. We both sign the document, and after I receive payment from you… voila … we are good to go!
6. 1-2-1 Weekly Coaching Sessions
Twelve coaching sessions (45-60 mins) either face to face in Central London or online over Zoom, weekly (3-month programme). Every session starts with me asking you what has been going well, we talk about any challenges or difficult situations you’ve been facing that week, I introduce you to a new concept each week, which is reinforced with an exercise that usually requires practice outside our coaching sessions.
7. Renewal
Coaching is transformative, at the end of our 12-week sessions chances are you will reap the benefits of having implemented the concepts I have taught you and integrated the exercises you’ve been practising into your daily habits. You are most likely to want to experience growth and change in other areas of your life, that is why I offer options to renew our contract and work in other areas of your life.
8. Feedback
Crucial for my work and my development, I’ll ask you to let me know what went well for you, how you benefited from working with me and where and how I can improve. However, if you are thinking about working with me and wonder what others have to say about my coaching programme – here are some well-being coaching testimonials.
