A self- confessed Extrovert Nerd. Why? Because I love being around groups of people, I thrive from human interaction and I enjoy talking to strangers – but I also have a quirky addiction to excel spreadsheets (packing lists, playlists, party planning, project tracking), I pride myself from always being punctual, I’m competitive, rely on structure to get things done and don’t like breaking rules.

Born in Guatemala; I’ve lived, studied and worked in the US and England for a big part of my life.

After a 15-year career as a Management Consultant for IBM and a Finance Partner at Barclays Capital, I founded my organising and decluttering business, originally known as Organised & Simple Ltd in 2012.  Balancing a high-paced career while raising two young boys taught me the importance of protecting my time and energy. I became a master at setting priorities, saying no, and establishing systems and routines to succeed both in my demanding career and as a present, happy mother.

After a decade in the organising and productivity business, I realised clutter extends beyond physical space; it shows up in our mindset, habits, and beliefs. This realisation prompted me to add Wellbeing Coaching to my skill set, leading the rebranding, renaming, and relaunch of my business in 2023 as Patty Cruz.

Work with me, and you will get lifestyle solutions, develop healthy habits, shift your mindset, build robust systems and routines that will help you be – and more importantly, learn how to become more organised, lead a productive life, reach the potential you know you have to have a happy, healthy life.

When I am not working with clients, you will find me trying my best to teach my two young adult sons Executive Skills (Self Management skills in essence), whilst also failing to persuade them to work out with me.  My time with them is precious, I find ways to connect with them either through outdoor activities or watching movies.

A fitness enthusiast, I’ve explored marathon running, spin, and HIIT, but now focus on strength training, endurance training, and functional workout.  However, it is the communities I belong to while working out, that keep me going and make them fun.

I love living in London, the weather might not be its forte, but the restaurant scene, the cultural programme, the green parks, and the multicultural and open-mindedness of the people I’m exposed to here are all a big plus in my books.

The Latina in me enjoys dancing, being affectionate with friends and family and likes to laugh out loud.

Mission

My mission is to help busy, overwhelmed professionals find focus, balance, purpose, and joy in life. By taking the time to learn what and who is important to them, they can let go of clutter (negativity, activities, stuff, habits) and make space and time for what and who makes them happy and fulfilled.

My Vision

“If individuals surround themselves with uplifting influences, find joy in their pursuits, and maintain focus on health, we can contribute to the creation of happier, more efficient, and productive societies”

My Values
  • Clarity and Honesty
  • Energy and Positivity
  • Simplicity and Discipline

I am a Certified Well-being (Health and Life) Coach from the Health Coach Institute in the USA (CCE-Accredited program by International Coaching Federation). I am Certified in Clear & Simple Organizing Systems TM
